Michael Neveling joined Sotheby’s in 2008 and has served a number of marketing and business development roles for the auction house in New York and Hong Kong.  In 2011, she was appointed Head of Proposals for Sotheby’s New York, where she led a team that develops bespoke business development strategies for high value consignments.  Mrs. Neveling’s group was instrumental in securing over $2 billion in consignments of fine art, rare manuscripts and precious jewels over the last three years.  Mrs. Neveling studied economics at the University of Virginia and resides in New York City with her husband and daughter.
