Sound Artist G Lucas Crane presents a series of new experimental analogue/electronic compositions as personalized Tarot readings, drawing from his Sonification Tarot Deck, where each card is a piece of manipulated audio tape. Sound Tarot expands the personalized storytelling of the tarot into the sonic realm of temporal granularity, rhythm, and texture. If you cut up the present the future leaks in, and the artist invites you to plumb the depths of the moment with a personalized reading during the performance.
