EtM Composer-in-Residence Gabrielle Herbst presented a public program at Brooklyn Youth Chorus Academy on Friday night.  Gabrielle, a composer/vocalist, performed with her band GABI, and the new music collective, Contemporaneous.  With Contemporaneous, Gabrielle performed her opera-in-progress, BODILESS, composed during her EtM residency at BYC.  BODILESS has since won a Jerome Foundation commission to be expanded into a full-length.
