It’s that time of the year again … the River to River Festival! And on Sunday June 17th, it begins with the amazing Bang on a Can Marathon at the World Financial Center Winter Garden. Celebrating its 25^th year, the Marathon delivers hours upon hours of radical and ear-popping new music, LIVE and FREE of charge! Be witness to a vast spectrum of incredible music-making, including two 6-piano ensembles, harmonic reverberations, electronica and more.

And if you’re into trombones, don’t miss a spectacular performance of Awakening, written by our talented friend Jeremy Howard Beck. This incredible shofar-influenced piece was commissioned by the acclaimed trombone quartet The GUIDONIAN HAND, and will be performed by them as part of the Marathon.
