Film Scoring Workshops and a Premiere with Joshua Green
Fresh from work on the Academy-nominated film Hugo with Howard Shore and his team, 2011 Composer-in-Residence Joshua Green will lead two film scoring workshops at Turtle Bay Music School on Saturday, March 17th. Passionate about his craft and eager to share his insights and experience, Joshua will introduce third through fifth grade students participating in TBMS’ Saturday Music Project to the art of composing for film.
Joshua returns to Turtle Bay Music School on Thursday, March 22nd to premiere several works, including his “Tenor Saxophone Concerto.” These new works will be by performed by Todd Groves & PUBLIQuartet. Talented composer plus amazing musicians equals fantastic evening. Don’t miss out!
